No repair proceeds without your approval of the quoted cost.
No fix, no repair fee
If an approved repair attempt is unsuccessful, you are not charged for the repair itself.
What to include in your quote request

- Current fault and what happened before it failed
- Any previous repair attempts
- Photos if relevant
Best way to get a quote
SMS is usually the fastest option. Send the model, the fault, and photos if useful. That makes the first reply more accurate and cuts down wasted back-and-forth.
