Privacy policy

Effective 2 November 2026

Monster Blades is a single-player arcade game for Android. It is published by Bun Mobile Games, part of Bun Mobile Phone Clinic (trading as The Mobile Phone Clinic) in Australia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what the game and the services it uses collect, why, and the choices you have.

No account, no personal details

The game has no sign-up and never asks for your name, email address, contacts, photos or location. Your progress (stage, coins, gems, upgrades, weapons, skins and settings) is saved on your phone. We don't run a server for the game, so we don't hold any game data about you. If you use Google Play Games, the game signs in with your Play Games profile to unlock achievements, post leaderboard scores and keep a backup of your progress in your Google account, so it comes back on a new phone. That profile belongs to your Google account, and we never see your name or email address.

What the services in the game collect

InformationWho collects it, and why
Your device's advertising ID, IP address (which gives an approximate location), device details such as model, Android version and language, and how you interact with adsGoogle AdMob, to show the ads in the free version (a banner on the home screen, short ads between stages and optional reward videos), measure them, prevent fraud and, if you allow it, personalise them.
Your payment details, your Google account and what you've boughtGoogle Play, which processes every purchase and lets the game check and restore it. We never see your payment details.
Your Google Play Games gamer name, avatar and player ID, the achievements you unlock, your leaderboard scores and a copy of your game progressGoogle Play Games, if you use it on your phone, to save your achievements, show leaderboards and back up your progress (Saved Games, stored in your Google account). Google also collects diagnostic data to keep the service working.
How you play (for example levels reached, rewards claimed and purchases started), plus an app instance ID, device model, Android version, language and approximate location from your IP addressGoogle Analytics for Firebase, so we can see which parts of the game people enjoy and where they get stuck, and improve it. It isn't linked to your name or email address, and we don't use it for ads.

Ads

The free version of Monster Blades shows a banner ad on the home screen and a short ad between some stages, never during a fight, and offers optional reward videos for in-game bonuses. Buying No Ads removes the banner and between-stage ads. Ads are served by Google AdMob. If you're in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the game asks for your consent through Google's consent form before any ad is requested. Google's use of this information is covered by Google's partner policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or limit ad personalisation, in your Android settings.

In-app purchases

Purchases are made through Google Play. The game asks Google Play which items you own to deliver them and to restore them if you reinstall, and it remembers them only on your phone. We don't use any other purchase service. See the Google privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless the law requires it. All information the game sends is encrypted in transit.

How long it's kept, and deleting your data

Your game progress stays on your phone until you delete it. To delete it, uninstall Monster Blades, or go to Settings > Apps > Monster Blades > Storage > Clear data. The backup in your Google account stays until you delete it from your Play Games profile, and detailed analytics data is deleted after 2 months. We don't hold any other data about you.

To ask us to delete your data, email admin@themobilephoneclinic.com.au with the subject "Monster Blades data deletion". We'll reply within 30 days. Because the game has no account and no server, we normally hold nothing to delete, and we'll confirm that in writing.

Google keeps advertising, purchase, analytics and Play Games data under its own policy. You can delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads on some phones), and manage your Google Play order history in your Google account. You can delete your Play Games data from your Play Games profile.

Age

Monster Blades is for people aged 13 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. If you have a privacy concern, email admin@themobilephoneclinic.com.au and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
