Delete your account
Deleting your account removes your login, your cloud backup (including the coins backed up there) and your leaderboard scores. Coins and games already on your phone stay there. This can't be undone.
In the app
- Open Fix & Fold and go to the Earn tab, then Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete my account.
- Tap Delete for good to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email admin@themobilephoneclinic.com.au from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my Fix & Fold account". We'll delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
Game progress saved on your phone (boards, stats and settings) is removed when you uninstall the app.
